Various Artists [The Best Of All Woman] These 2 disc compilations are fun, a nice varied selection of tunes and Artists on a general theme, and this one is more than just 'woman', it has a certain vibe to it, where all the Artists fit into a certain groove, this compilation comes from 1995, and the songs span over a 30 year period from the early sixties to the early nineties, the general theme of course is love, and on the whole it's fairly gentle and soulful songs, nothing really out of place, plus i guess no rare 'off the beaten track' stuff either, this isn't an album about discovering new Artists, but rather a nice neat collection of popular songs.
The two real gems of this collection are tracks 7 & 11 on the second disc, Misty Blue by Dorothy Moore, and Will You by Hazel O'Connor, r
